MISSION STATEMENT

Mission Statement:  To provide a loving home and gathering place for people with developmental disabilities. 

Vision:  A community that values and embraces people with diverse talents and gifts. Values:  All of our efforts will be guided by the following core values: 

• dignity of every individual
• respect for self and others
• diversity
• community
• joy and laughter
• service to others 

We’ve visited many adult family homes around  the state, and now have a piece of property, an architect and an initial blueprint, and even a grant writer.  Community support for this project is overwhelming—we feel we couldn’t have chosen a better place for Cornerstone.
