How YOU can Donate to Cornerstone Community Adult Family Home.....

1. Purchase a Safeway or Target Gift Card
Deliver it to Upper Valley MEND office at P.O. Box 772/ 894 Hwy 2, Ste. L in Leavenworth, WA 98826

2. Target Gift Registry
Either online at www.target.com or at the store.

Registry ID is 013106400000286. 

OR you may find registry by searching in the Club Wedd section at a Registry Kiosk at any Target Location.  Here are the steps to find the Cornerstone Gift Registry at Target:

Find the Club Wedd section and go to "Find a Registry"

• Click Search by Name and Location
• Choose the Partner option

First Name - Cornerstone
Last Name - Community

• Choose Washington from the location list.
• The view or print the registry and take it with you.

NOTE: Be sure when you are making a purchase from list that you notify the cashier it is from a gift registry. S/He will scan the registry or type in the ID number. This is important as it is how the item will be deducted from the registry.
