Volunteering means something different to everyone. It usually starts with a single act of kindness, but leads to a lifetime of enriching experiences. By volunteering with Upper Valley MEND you will play a direct part in addressing some of the most important needs in the Upper Wenatchee Valley, and leave a lasting impact in your community. You will have the opportunity to:

In addition to these opportunities, you can support the work of Upper Valley MEND by:
- Making a financial donation to any of our program areas.
- Offering your gifts of servcies, professional ini-kind support and work.
- Being a patron of the Community Cupboard and Jubilee Global Gifts--your shopping purchases directly support our programs.
- Fun a food drive, fundraising event, or work service project within your family or community group, in support of one or more of our programs.
- Volunteer to help with events, fundraisers, or office support.
- Serve on an Advisory Board, Planning Committee or short term committee.
