Anyone interested in applying for the homeownership program must attend a homeownership orientation meeting.
During the meeting, Kathia Wan, Housing Program Manager, will go over the requirements of the program, the steps to apply, and answer questions from potential homebuyers.
After the meeting, qualifying homebuyers will receive a link to the homeownership application.
Meetings will take place in English at the following times:
Tuesday, September 9 at 6 p.m.

Registration for all orientations closes 24 hours before its start time.

The meetings will be held at the Upper Valley MEND office conference room. MEND’s office is in the top floor of the Wenatchee River Institute Building, 347 Division St. in Leavenworth.
More meetings will be scheduled in the future.
The eligibility quiz will help you understand whether or not you might qualify for the program. Taking the eligibility quiz is recommended but not required before attending a homeownership meeting.
