Purchasing a home through the homeownership program ensures housing costs you can afford, and affordability for future generations of homeowners.
Built in partnership with builder Matt Melton
Matt is a Leavenworth-based builder who is working with TLC Modular Homes to build these modular homes. Construction is taking place in two phases, in 2026 and 2027.
The homes are built in sections in a factory in Goldendale and then assembled on a foundation on site. This process allows high-quality homes to be built at a lower price point. Once assembled and installed, they must meet the exact same local and state building codes as traditional (also known as “stick-built”) homes.
Matt has prioritized materials that are built to last. Exterior finishes require little to no maintenance, and interiors exceed code requirements for insulation and air filtration.
Application Period:
July 20-October 15, 2026
Early applications are encouraged to ensure enough time to complete all requirements.
